Special EPS-TOPIK (CBT) : implement a Test quarterly (more than once a quarter of year)
Country : Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Mongol, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Myanmar, Nepal ( based on 1st Quarter in 2013)
* The other countries are under consideration of implement a test in the second-half year.
