The number will be a lump sum, and will not be allocated by country. The number for each country will be decided depending on employers’ favor within the total size.

However, in consideration of employers’ favor, previous year’s record, ratio of voluntary emigrants, and increasing ratio of illegal stay, we receive a job seekers’ roster with a number 3 times greater than the expected number for each country.
